About Corfu

Corfu (Kerkyra) ranks highly among the most beautiful and popular islands of Greece. Due to its historical, European background, it was one of the first Greek islands being involved in tourism sector. Located on the north western side of Greece, Corfu boasts cosmopolitan features combined with special traditional elements. Paleokastritsa, Sidari, Kassiopi and Acharavi are only some of the amazing tourist resorts on the northern side of the island, while the inland features lovely villages and a lot of sightseeings. Apart from the wonderful beaches, the major landmark of the island is the Old Town, still sustaining the Venetian style.
